Vince was a member of RUMTA from 2007-2011. Every year, he played both a lawyer and a witness, and also had an opportunity to be the opening attorney and closing attorney while on the team.
Vince earned his B.S. in finance from Rutgers Business School and his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers School of Law. Vince is an underwriting manager at Ambridge Partners LLC, a company that is focused on placing transactional liability products (such as representations and warranties insurance) in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Vince was an associate at Cole Schotz P.C. in the corporate department, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing transactions, private equity fund formations, private securities offerings, and general corporate governance.
