While on the team, Jess was an attorney for three years, and a witness for four years. 

Jess attended Rutgers Law School in Camden from 2010 to 2013. During the summer after 1L year, Jess interned in the criminal division of NJ Superior Court and federal District Court, both located in Trenton. Additionally, during her 2L and 3L years, she worked part-time at an employment law firm in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Since 2014, Jess has been working at the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office as an Assistant Prosecutor. She spent two years coaching RUMTA's B-Team, leading them to many achievements at Regional and Invitaitonal Tournaments.
